The NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership, hosted by Velindre NHS Trust are acting on behalf of Cardiff and Vale University Health Board (UHB) and NHS Executive who are seeking to establish a five year contract to develop a digital health hub for patients suffering from rare diseases, and their carers, who are registered in Wales.
The digital health hub will be a regional approach for AB UHB, C&V UHB and CTM UHB.
