Trydan wishes to appoint providers that will support Trydan on community and stakeholder engagement across the development of approximately five large-scale onshore wind energy projects (as more particularly described in the Specification).
The Procurement is split into four lots.
LOT 1: contract covering 1 project located in Carmarthenshire.
LOT 2: contract covering 1 project located in Denbighshire / Conwy.
LOT 3: contract covering 1 project located in Rhondda Cynon Taf.
LOT 4: contract covering 2 projects located in Neath Port Talbot.
The maximum estimated value of the Contracts for the initial three year period including all the Required and Optional Activities is: Lot 1 - 240,000 GBP (excluding VAT) Lot 2 - 240,000 GBP (excluding VAT) Lot 3- 240,000 GBP (excluding VAT) Lot 4 - 270,000 GBP (excluding VAT) Total being 990,000 GBP The contract values specified in this notice are the maximum contract values for the initial three year period for all Required and Optional Activities as described in the Specification issued with the ITT.
Trydan reserves the right to extend the one or more of the contracts by an additional year and increase the overall contract values proportionately and in line with the terms of the Contract.
