The greater consistency and standardisation this will create in the market will enable suppliers to access greater economies of scale and prioritise innovative development.
Across both groups this specification will improve the functionality of CMSs as it promotes effective and proven system functionalities.
As such we believe it is critical that we develop this Part 2 as quickly as possible so that we can provide both suppliers and LAs with critical system procurement and management guidance to begin shaping the future of this market.
