Hull City Council (The Authority) has entered into Service Level Agreements to provide provision of SEN Units/Resource Bases at levels in line with the latest requirements stated by the ‘High Needs Funding Operational Guidance’, which is published annually by the Education & Skills Funding Agency.
The agreements were awarded on a direct award basis as per Government Guidance.
The contract is anticipated to commence 1st September 2024 ending by 31st August 2026 with an option to extend for a period or periods of 12 months not to exceed 36 months in total.
The Authority has estimated the value of the services to be £2,280,000 overall.
