The NDA is seeking to appoint an Independent Professional Trustee Company to fill the vacancy on the Board following the previous Director completing its maximum tenure, two periods of 3 years.
This procurement is to appoint a Professional Trustee Company for a six-year term.
Following appointment of the Company a selection panel will be convened to interview individual Trustee Directors to identify the named individual for Board attendance.
