This extension of contract provides Total Facilities Management Services for the Department of Education's vacant and transient property portfolio across England.

This is a make safe and keep safe, reactive and critical TFM services across DfE's managed portfolio of properties including site security, statutory compliance testing and certification, repairs and maintenance and a variety of other FM services as well as building works packages such as walls, roofs, remediation or refurbishment works.
