The dynamic market will facilitate the procurement of high-quality training services to meet the cyber, digital, data, and technology training needs across public sector organisations in Wales.

Suppliers will be expected to understand and adhere to the Digital Service Standard for Wales.

The total value of the dynamic market is estimated to be £4.5 million VAT Inclusive over its lifetime with no prescribed end date at present.

This engagement aims to: Understand the market’s capacity and capabilities to deliver diverse digital training services.

Gather supplier feedback to refine the structure and requirements of the dynamic market.

Suppliers will indicate which training services they can provide from the list of digital training services.

Duration: The dynamic market will be for a 5 year period with an option to further extend for a period of up to 5 years.

Eligibility: Open to suppliers meeting proportionate criteria, including legal, financial, and technical capabilities (e.g., relevant accreditations, experience in training delivery that incorporates the Digital Service Standard for Wales).
