The Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Trust (“the Authority”) intends to establish a multi-supplier Framework Agreement for Minor Works.
For the avoidance of doubt, this Framework Agreement is non-exclusive and non-committal.
The Authority does not guarantee any minimum value, volume, or continuity of work under this Framework.
Each individual project procured through this Framework will not exceed £120,000 + VAT.
Scope of Works The successful Contractors appointed to the Framework will be responsible for delivering a range of building and mechanical & electrical (M&E) services, including but not limited to: Building fabric repairs and maintenance General building works (e.g., internal partitions, suspended ceilings, doors, fixtures and fittings) Painting and decorating Electrical works (e.g., small power installations, lighting, low-voltage systems) Mechanical services (e.g., ventilation, plumbing, minor HVAC works) S
