The contract will include both planned development activity and reactive support aligned to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
The successful organisation will be able to provide all essential requirements and as many of the desirable requirements as possible.
The initial term of this contract will be 24 months with an option to extend a further 12 months subject to review and agreement by both parties.
