Retford Enterprise Centre: The building to be included in the cleaning contract is: 11 Randall Way, Retford, DN22 7GR This will include cleaning in two buildings, REC 1 and REC 2 over two floors in each building.
The let offices are not included in this tender, but all communal areas are.
There are 19 toilets, 5 kitchens and two large meeting rooms.
Middletons Yard: The building to be included in the cleaning contract is: 30 Potter Street, Worksop, S80 2FU.
This will include cleaning of two buildings No 83 over two levels and No 87 over three levels and an annexed one-story area called Brewers Yard which includes 7 offices and a Cafe.
The let offices and Cafe are not included in the specification but the communal areas around them are.
