NHS Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board (referred to as the Commissioner) are inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to express their interest in delivering the Community Youth Work Offer.
The Community Youth Work Offer will provide needs led emotional wellbeing and mental health support for young people aged 11-18 in Norfolk and Waveney with the overall aim to help young people achieve their goals and have improved mental health.

The provider will demonstrate appropriate infrastructure to enable delivery of the offer/service across Norfolk and Waveney.
The proposed contract is for a period of 3 years with an annual value of £850,000 per annum full inclusive of any applicable VAT.
