Gas and Oil Boiler Maintenance Contract (PPM & Reactive)
Oxford University Estate Services (OUES) are looking to engage with suppliers capable of operating its planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance and statutory compliance works relating to boiler servicing within its built property estate through a specific trade-based contract.
The contract length is still be determined, but will likely be for a minimum period of 3 years with an additional 2 x 2-year extensions, subject to satisfactory performance.
The University has approximately 450 buildings within the functional estate and the University's portfolio of privately-let accommodation includes 43 housing units in Wytham village, 41 in central Oxford and 33 properties for professorial appointments.
These vary in size between one-bedroom flats and six-bedroom houses within Oxfordshire.
Most of these buildings are within the Oxford ring road.
This contract covers over 1,000 assets.
