The works comprise construction of a mixed use development including Social Housing, Community and Commercial buildings together with public realm space including feature canopies/covered areas, paving and surfacing, fencing and gates.

The works also include all associated drainage and site services installations.

Building 1 Commercial Building • Three storey, comprising of shell only retail to ground floor, and shell only office space to first and second floors Building 2 Community Building • Three storey, comprising of double height sports hall office space, training and counselling space and terrace area Social Housing • 8 Nr. social housing units and associated siteworks Public Realm Works • Hard and soft landscaping to remainder of site; including feature canopies and covered areas
