Supply, Delivery, Collection and Disposal of Depolluted End of Life Vehicle's

Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service have an ongoing requirement for the supply, delivery, collection and disposal of depolluted end of life vehicles.
These vehicles are used by our Firefighters for training purposes across the geographical area of Devon and Somerset.
The vehicles supplied are required to simulate a roadworthy condition.
Due to the nature of the training and equipment used by our Firefighters, the vehicles will be subject to disassembly, with roofs, windscreens, glass and doors removed.
The lot structure and indicative annual volumes per lot, is as follows: • Lot 1 - Barnstaple Area - 40 vehicles • Lot 2 - Exeter Area - 100 vehicles • Lot 3 - Plymouth Area - 45 vehicles • Lot 4 - Taunton Area - 65 vehicles • Lot 5 - Torquay Area - 45 vehicles • Lot 6 - Yeovil Area - 50 vehicles Definition of Primary and Secondary Supplier: Primary Supplier - This Supplier shall be the first Supplier asked to supply the required goods/services.
Secondary Supplier - This Supplier will be asked to supply the required goods/services if the Primary Supplier is unable to supply.
The value of each lot has been added to Primary Supplier contracts to avoid double counting.
