LTM Contract

The College of Policing has procured a new platform for our project called Access Point.
A Find a Tender notice was published for this - https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/064174-2025?origin=Dashboard.
This contract is to replace a legacy system that we have called LTM.
The contract we have for LTM will expire on the 26th January 2026 so we need to extend this arrangement to ensure we have adequate time to implement the new platform referenced above.
Further to this we also need to ensure we maintain access the legacy data.
To meet these objectives we have agreed a 1 Year contract renewal for LTM, followed by a 7 year right to use licence plus server migration works.
