The brief

The Contracting Authority has awarded a multi-lot Open Framework Agreement, commencing on 12 June 2026, with a maximum term of eight (8) years.

The Framework has been awarded to suitably qualified and experienced armourers for the manufacture, supply, and ongoing support of civilian armoured vehicles across a range of vehicle platforms.

The Framework will operate as an open framework and may be reopened periodically during its term to allow the admission of new suppliers.

Reopening points are anticipated to occur at approximately the third and sixth anniversaries of the Framework commencement date.

At each reopening, new applicants may apply to join the Framework in accordance with the published procurement documents.
