The Electoral Commission is looking for a legal resource provider to provide online and hardcopy legal research tools for approximately 30-50 users to support the delivery of an in-house legal service and to be used by teams across the organisation in the delivery of their functions.
The Commission requires an online legislation search function, including access to Northern Ireland legislation, as well as an online caselaw research tool.
Access to legal updates, commentary, guidance, and practice notes will also be required.
The Commission will also require access to a choice of hardcopy legal resources, including a requirement for an update service for Parkers on the Conduct of Elections.
