The council's are proposing to use an open tender process to appoint contracts across up to 2 lots; Lot 1: Arun Council Lot 2: Adur and Worthing Councils The Contract term will be up to 5 years with an initial 2 years terms and up to 3 x 1 year extensions.

Across all three areas the average number of dogs collected was 120 per year.
