The brief

Support from Pupils Profit to undertake a third wave of Eco Refill Shops in 21 Greater Manchester Schools.

The service includes: • Training resources to help children create a business plan, allocate job roles, and learn how to operate the shop.

There is no need for safeguarding and DBS checks as all training is conducted by the school teaching staff online. • A starter pack of refill products to kick start the shops operation. • Help with data collection and reporting.

There is no requirement for personal data.

All research is conducted by the schools and personal data is not requested.

The schools in this cohort will also have access to the new ECO Refill Shop Online Platform.

Outline Programme: Winter Term: Enterprise Training completed, and Refill Products received.

Launch when ready.

Spring/Summer Term: ECO Refill Shops trade once a month, or more frequently.

Autumn/Winter Term: Teams hand on to new cohorts as needed in the new school year, and continue to trade once a month, or more frequently.

An exemption (sole supplier and value for money) was used as the route to market in line with the PA23 regulations and consitution.
