Building on CPCA’s detailed analysis of its sector and cluster strengths (supply), this contract will undertake a strategic assessment of international investor appetite (demand) for international expansion and the regional opportunity to attract FDI.
Analysis of both the supply and demand, as well as wider macro and micro trends to define focus (sub)sectors and target markets for CPCA’s investment attraction efforts to optimise CPCA’s Local Growth Plan delivery.
The Inward Investment Delivery Plan should also include a rapid evaluation of CPCA’s existing research and promotional materials to fill any gaps and ensure CPCA has a robust evidence base and appropriate collateral to underpin the next phases of its investment attraction activities.
