The key aims of the Framework are: a.

To provide inpatient detoxification services to service users that complies with current and future best practice, which is in line with national and local applicable guidance, and with relevant protocols in clinical practice.

Please view some of these listed in Section 4.0 'Service Delivery'. b.

To support service users to have, where assessed as appropriate by registered health care professionals within the Consortium, rapid access to effective and evidence-based harm reduction and harm prevention strategies. c.

To support those service users who are preparing for a Residential Rehabilitation placement to address any current physical and psychological dependency
