The brief

Birmingham City Council (the Council), through its City Housing Directorate, seeks to procure an Ofqual regulated training provider to deliver a Level 5 Housing Management Qualification.

This forms part of the Directorate’s workforce development and compliance readiness programme in preparation for the forthcoming Competence and Conduct Standard, expected to come into force in October 2026.

The contract for the services will commence 1st June 2026 and will be in place for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 18 months subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
