The Police & Crime Commissioner for Warwickshire has awarded a contract for Building Management System (BMS) Maintenance and Related Services to Warwickshire Police.
This includes the annual planned maintenance services, remedial works plus any ad hoc reactive call outs and maintenance required as a result.
This is a below threshold contract that falls under PA2023 and was conducted via a closed invitation only procurement.
The contract is for an initial term of 3 years with options to extend for a further 2 periods of 12 months each at the Authority’s discretion.
The contract value for the initial term is estimated to be approximately £79,572 with year 1 having costs for asset verification and subsequent years having costs relating to remote monitoring and cloud portal once systems have been installed (these costs are not known currently as will be dependent on system and indexed increases on tendered prices).
Ad hoc call outs and reactive maintenance values are unknown therefore an estimated figure has been provided to give an indicative value.
