NEC4 FRAMEWORKS FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH MINOR WORKS SCHEMES WITH A VALUE UP TO FIVE MILLION POUNDS FOR BELFAST, NORTHERN, SOUTH EASTERN, SOUTHERN AND WESTERN HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE TRUSTS

The Contracting Authorities are seeking to engage up to fourteen Suppliers to provide consultancy services in connection with Minor Works Schemes under separate NEC4 Framework Contracts of up to four years duration subject to the satisfactory performance of the successful Suppliers and at the absolute discretion of the Contracting Authorities.

The Supplier shall provide the following Services: Architect, Building Surveyor, Quantity Surveyor, Mechanical Services Engineer, Electrical Services Engineer, NEC4 Project Manager (to include NEC4 ECC Project Manager or Supervisor and NEC4 TSC or TSSC Clients Agent), Civil Engineer, Structural Engineer and Principal Designer.

A detailed description of the services required for each discipline is set out in the PSP documentation.

Minor works schemes may comprise new buildings, extensions to existing buildings, conversion/refurbishment of existing buildings, upgrade and replacement of building services, plant and equipment, feasibility and condition surveys, works to ensure compliance with various legislative requirements e.g. legionella, fire safety, DDA, asbestos regulations, mechanical and electrical engineering works and enabling works in advance of major works schemes.
