Integra Support Contract 26 - 27 (UID 228)
This is a contract result notice, not an open opportunity. Details from the official award data.
The procurement contact named on the official notice.
The support agreement with IBSS is a condition of our licence to use the Integra software, our primary finance system.
In addition, it provides us with the latest software releases, additional functionality, and a support desk function, all of which we deem necessary for our continued use of Integra and would expect from any other system.
We are planning to update from our current version 23.01 to version 25 in 2026, with installation on test environments in April/May, User Acceptance Testing across the summer, and then deployment to customers in September (EH/HE) and October (DCMS/IFR).
Historic England provide an income generating shared service to English Heritage, DCMS and IFR which contractually includes providing Finance services on the Integra system.
We are contractually obliged to continue using Integra until 2026/27 as part of these services.
Split by organisation is as follows: Historic England £19,826.68, English Heritage £26,368.47, DCMS 25,255.33, IFR £16,420.60, totalling £87,871.08 excluding VAT.
