Associated British Ports intends to award a utilities works contract for the delivery of Ecological Mitigation Works in and around Port Talbot.
The scope of the Works includes ecological mitigation and associated maintenance activities across multiple sites.
Scope of the Works comprise of: • Groundworks, habitat and vegetation clearance, reed reduction and scrub removal and topsoil strip • Wildlife fencing, including reptile and amphibian fencing (installation, maintenance and removal) • Construction of reptile and amphibian habitats, including limestone bunds, wet scrapes, egg heaps, hibernacula and scrapes • Soil relocation and translocation, including Orobanche Picridis seed and soil translocation • Invasive species control and management • Ecological supervision, monitoring and ecological checks Submission Method: https://in-tendhost.co.uk/abp/ Deadline for Receipt of Tenders: 22nd May 2026 12:00
