The Authority has statutory duties under the Children and Families Act 2014 in relation to Education, Health and Care Needs Assessments.
The Authority is experiencing increased demand and requires additional Educational Psychology capacity to support the delivery of statutory advice and to assist in reducing assessment backlogs.
The Supplier must specialise in the provision of Educational Psychology services and have the professional expertise and capacity to provide the Services remotely.
The Services include, but are not limited to: • Review of case documentation • Consultation with relevant professionals and families where required • Preparation of written Educational Psychology advice for statutory EHC assessments • Participation in professional discussions relating to allocated cases where reasonably required • The Supplier's advice represents independent professional opinion based on the information available at the time of assessment.
The maximum contract value is £95,000.
The contract will end when this value has been reached.
This date will not extend past 31/03/2027.
