Folkestone and Hythe District Council (FHDC) wishes to select and appoint a design team for the redevelopment of Woodland Cottages, Lyminge and invites prospective suppliers to submit a Tender to meet the Council's requirements.
The project brief is to demolish the existing Airey houses and redevelop the site with new affordable rental homes.

The contract is anticipated to start September 2026 an estimated period of 4 years to complete RIBA stages 1-6 (with the option to extend for a further period (or periods) of up to 12 months).
