This tender opportunity has been issued by St Christopher’s C of E (Primary) Multi Academy Trust (“the Trust”) and Contractors are invited to tender for the provision of ICT Managed Services (“the Service”).

Specification of Requirement.

The proposed contract is intended to secure a high-quality, responsive and strategically aligned ICT managed service for the Trust.

The Successful Contractor will be expected to deliver a service that: a. provides cost-effective, high-quality technical support, systems management and ICT consultancy; b. offers transparent and comprehensive pricing to enable effective budget management across the contract term; c. acts as the Trust’s single point of accountability for ICT support and for liaison with relevant third-party providers; d. and manages and supports the Trust’s ICT environment across its full lifecycle, including strategic planning, implementation, maintenance, user support and continuous improvement.
