Public perceptions of feeding back on the NHS

NHS England is seeking to commission a perceptions poll to assess public views on how well the NHS listens to feedback, including the ease, comfort and value of giving feedback about their NHS care.
This will replicate four core questions originally asked by the Department of Health and Social Care via an IPSOS face to face survey carried out from 2013 to 2017.
