Warm homes Network - Collaborative Project

From 1 August 2026, the Warm Homes Network will be introduced as a single point of contact (SPOC) service.
The service is designed to support customers on the Cadent and NGN networks who are living in, or at risk of, fuel poverty.
Delivery of the service will be undertaken in partnership with the following organisations: Lightning Reach (SPOC provider) Citizens Advice Manchester YES Energy Solutions (YES) Turn2us Customers will be able to self-refer, or be referred by one of the partner organisations, to access tailored support and advice, including: Income maximisation, benefits, and debt advice Energy efficiency guidance and home assessments Benefit entitlement checks and grant search support
