The Contractor to provide the Council with supplemental enforcement officers on request, to issue Fixed Penalty (FPN) and statutory Notices on behalf of The Authority for litter, waste and other offences relating arising from: ?
The Environmental Protection Act 1990; and ?
The Anti-Social Behaviour Crime & Policing Act 2014; and ? any other offences (if required) under applicable legislation.
The Contractor to supply suitably vetted and trained dedicated enforcement officers anticipated to number not less than six (6) Supplemental Neighbourhood Patrol Officers at any given time.
It is anticipated that these Contractor-supplied SNHPs will support the Councils’ in-house team during times of excess demand, unforeseen in-house Officer absence and annual leave.
Contract to be cost neutral and any monies over and above operational costs to be made to the Council.
