Redhill Leisure Centre in Arnold has experienced an ongoing issue with roof leaks above the fitness suite.
Several repair attempts have been made over the past year to address the problem areas; however, these have not provided a long-term solution.
As a result, water ingress into the fitness suite is affecting both customers and staff using the facility.
In June 2026, a roofing consultant carried out a comprehensive survey of the roof, and the findings from that inspection form the basis of the specification.
