The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council requires delivery of a Multiple Needs Navigator Service which will provide intensive, person-centred support to Individuals experiencing several overlapping and persistent challenges and which necessitate an integrated, co-ordinated support approach, across multiple services.
Individuals accessing the Service will typically be experiencing 3 of the following: homelessness or being at risk of; problematic alcohol and/or drug use; mental ill-health; experience of domestic abuse or trauma; involvement in the criminal justice system.
The Service will contribute to a wider system change, by identifying barriers, influencing practice and working in partnership with local Services and organisations to ensure Services are coordinated, accessible and trauma informed.
The Preliminary Market Engagement will be held via Microsoft Teams on 30th July 2026 at 12:00 noon.
