The works will comprise the replacement of existing timber-framed windows and doors, replacement of rainwater goods, internal redecoration works, and replacement of floor coverings throughout the building.
The refurbishment is intended to improve the condition, functionality, and longevity of the facility while maintaining continuity of healthcare support services.
