Promoting the emotional wellbeing of young people and preventing the development of mental health problems among young people Leicester City, Leicestershire and Rutland is a shared priority of the Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland 'Future in Mind' Steering Group.

This service now falls under the remit of the NHS and it will be funded utilising the 'Future in Mind' budget.
