The SSRO is seeking web-based access to legal resources, including the following - 1.
Up to date legislation and statutory instruments and linked case law references and commentary; 2.
Comprehensive databases of UK and EU case law; 3.
Encyclopaedias, commentary, journals and practice guides in the following areas: • Procurement and contracts; • Administrative and public law; • Civil procedure, including Judicial Review; • Access to information, particularly: freedom of information, data protection, GDPR and official secrets; • Employment law; and 4.
Precedent documents in the above areas The Service should meet the following requirements: • Resources must be updated promptly to reflect developments in the law; • Resources must be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 a year, subject to a minimum level of disruption which the bidder should specify in the tender. • Resources must be available for two concurrent users.
The SSRO is seeking to award a contract for 1, 2 or 3 years and is seeking pricing models on that basis.
