The brief

The objective of this contract is to deliver to RWM the management and monitoring of a seismic survey programme off the coast of Copeland.

The seismic survey has been tendered under a separate tender process, see CTS in Appendix B.

RWM desires to engage a contractor to take full leadership of the seismic survey program, from early-stage preparation, to production and close out.

The Consultant will represent RWM's interests and ensure that the seismic contractor fulfils their obligations under the contract.

Interested parties for this Call Off Contract will be notified of the award of the seismic survey programme, so you will know which seismic provider RWM will contract well before the tender return date for this Call-Off.

The deliverables include tasks such as: • Preparing for the survey, including liaising with the seismic contractor (Contractor) and RWM, ensuring contractor's vessel and crew are ready for the survey, including HSE documents bridging, managing and mitigating risks, following field operations manual including processes and procedures. • All aspects of daily management of the survey, including monitoring of data quality, HSE, progress according to plan, budget, approval of finalised sail lines, etc. • Passive Acoustic Monitoring (PAM) and Marine Mammal Observation (MMO) • Reporting on progress of survey. • Reporting any in-field HSE related incidences.
