The brief

High Peak Borough Council seek to appoint consultants to advise on delivery of housing sites owned by the Council or public and private sector partners.

Consultants are required to provide planning, master planning, property consultancy, valuation, cost consultancy, project management, commercial and legal advice for development of all sites within the High Peak housing portfolio.

The programme is split into two stages; Stage one concentrates on the programme proposals, masterplans, appraisals and valuations.

Stage two will focus on the 'delivery mechanism'.

In order to fulfil the requirement of both stages of work, consultants can apply as a consortium of companies with an identified lead consultant responsible for delivery.
