Trained volunteer mental health peer supporters with lived experience of perinatal mental health, provide emotional support to women residing in Halton and Warrington, aged 16 +, who are experiencing mild-moderate mental health difficulties during the perinatal and postnatal period, from pregnancy up to the first 24 months following childbirth.
Support is delivered 1-1 and in groups, in person and online, in order to create a more inclusive and accessible offer to the whole parenting community.
