NON EU TENDER - The tender shall be for the provision of all labour, materials, transport etc. for the routine maintenance of Lightning Protection systems which may be installed at the time of the tender at that site, all in accordance with this specification.

All maintenance work shall be in accordance with the relevant current British/European Standards and Codes of Practice including BS EN 62305-3-2011 and shall also be in accordance with the requirements identified in this specification.

All works shall comply with the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 including all subsequent amendments and current legislation and BS/European Standards.
