Border Force (BF) is a Directorate of the Home Office.
BF operate a fleet of six (6) Coastal Patrol Vessels, equipped and certified to Maritime Coastguard Agency (MCA) MGN 280 Workboat Code of Practice, (HSVC) Category 2, for service in waters up to 60 nautical miles from a safe haven.
CPV Nimrod has a requirement for Planned Maintenance and a Driveline Overhaul.
Bidders are required to submit a quotation.
This contract will commence on 8th Jan 2019 following a sourcing exercise based on written quotation.
The purpose of this document is to make the Statement of Requirements available and to invite potential suppliers to confirm they can fully meet the requirements by providing a fully itemised written quotation for the work package.
Those potential suppliers are invited to send an email to Janine Melia, Home office Commercial: Janine.Melia@homeoffice.gov.uk, confirming their interest in this opportunity, providing the itemised quotation and also confirmation of agreement to the Home Office Standard short Form Services Terms and Conditions on which the contract will be awarded. (also attached for reference).
In addition; bidders are required to supply with their quotation their Cardinal Date Plan (CDP) as referenced in section 5.4 of the Statement of requirements (SoR) and the Hamilton Jet agent details as referenced in Annex B Section 4.11.
