The brief

Ipswich and East Suffolk and West Suffolk CCGs are working with Suffolk County Council to commission a primary care mental health service, to start in July 2016.

This service will provide evidence based interventions for people with common mental health problems such as anxiety and depression.

You are invited to an exciting market engagement and partnership building session on the afternoon of the 19 May.

The event offers an opportunity for anyone involved to meet commissioners and feedback on the proposed model.

You will have plenty of time for making new connections during the workshop and afterwards during our twilight networking session.

The aim is to encourage new partnerships that deliver a diverse, inclusive and responsive network of provision prior to the beginning of the competitive process in June 2015.

This event is for all organisations with an interest in mental health and wellbeing: from leisure centres to clinicians, debt advisors to employment support providers, walking groups to community gardens and theatres, this session is for you.

Meet prospective lead providers and share how you can contribute to achieving improved outcomes for patients with common mental health problems.

There is very limited space available for organisations who wish to set up a display stand, if you are interested these will be offered in the order requests are received.

If you would to find out more, book a place or ask about a display stand please contact amanda.dunn@ipswichandeastsuffolkccg.nhs.uk .

Commissioners have been working with CS3 to plan this event.

CS3 are local specialists in collaborative development with a diverse membership of non profit arts, culture and leisure organisations.
