The brief

North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) is a commissioning support service working for and on behalf of the North East and North Cumbria ICB (the Contracting Authority), and also hosting the service on behalf of Humber North Yorkshire ICB, South Yorkshire ICB and West Yorkshire ICB, who are seeking to test the market and request suppliers to register their interest in delivering Primary Care Regulation Support Subscription services.

The contract term is for a period of 7 months commencing on 01 September 2023.

The closing date for registering an interest is 18 August 2023 @ 12:00noon.

Please note that this exercise is not part of any pre-qualification process.

It is intended as an awareness, communication and information gathering exercise offering an opportunity for provider organisations to help inform potential future service models and/or commissioning intentions.

Additional information NECS is utilising an electronic tendering tool to manage this procurement and communicate with potential bidders.
