Wyre Forest District Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified contractors for a Private Housing Stock Condition Survey.
Wyre Forest District Council wishes to understand more about the private sector housing stock in the area to help direct the work of the Council on a strategic as well as practical level to respond to local needs.
The last Stock Condition survey was undertaken in 2007 since when the local housing market and demographics have altered as well as the condition of the stock.
The Council is seeking to commission a study of the housing stock condition in the private sector.
