Surrey Heartlands ICB (the Awarding Authority) covers around one million people across the following boroughs and districts: Elmbridge, Epsom and Ewell, Guildford, Mole Valley, Reigate and Banstead, Runnymede, Spelthorne, Tandridge, Waverley and Woking.
This represents around three quarters of the Surrey population.
