Nottinghamshire County Council has appointed a single Provider of Care, Support and Enablement services to meet the needs of adults that will reside in a new housing development of twelve units of accommodation in Carlton, which is in the Gedling District of Nottinghamshire.
The Provider has an active registration with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for delivering personal care and will ensure that personal care delivered in relation to this service is covered by their registration before the Contract commences.
Provision of the housing element is not in scope of this Contract.
The Contract will have an initial term of 4 years with the potential to extend for a total of three years in two increments of 18 months.
The Contract value of this requirement is estimated to be a maximum of £450,000 per annum.
Therefore, over the potential term available (7 years) the Contract value of this requirement is estimated to be up to £3,150,000.
