The brief

The University of Southampton is looking to contract out the annual servicing & maintenance of all portable fire equipment managed by the Estates and Facilities Department.

All fire equipment is to be serviced and maintained in accordance with current legislation, best practice and BS 5306 Commissioning & Maintenance of Portable Fire Equipment - Code of Practice.

Portable fire equipment is located throughout the University of Southampton's sites including Highfield, Avenue, Boldrewood & Winchester School of Arts Campuses, Satellite Sites and Halls of Residence.
