Blackpool Council is seeking to put in place longer term arrangements with Providers of Holiday Activity and Food (HAF) schemes for benefits-eligible free school meal children, aged 4-16, who are in school, and other vulnerable children, aged 4-16, as defined by the Authority.
The Council are therefore conducting a Flexible Framework under the light touch tender regime that will run as a “Framework” for the duration of the Contract.
This Framework is being created to purchase places and schemes to create a consortium of Providers that meet the Department for Education (DfE) and Blackpool Councils’ requirements for the HAF Programme.
