Provision of Nursing Home & Domiciliary Services for Children & Adults for North West London Integrated Care Board

The Services are commissioned by North West London Integrated Care Board (NWL ICB) for the care of adults and children eligible for fully funded NHS CHC, including Service Users in receipt of NHS CHC through a fast track pathway and NHS Funded Discharge to Assess Clients.
The Services are to be provided in Nursing Homes and at individual client's homes to CHC Adults and Children with Nursing/Residential and Home Care needs in local areas as required.
NWL ICB is committed to assess the needs of the Service Users and consider how (if relevant) it needs to secure the needs of the people who use the Services, and improve the quality and efficiency in the provision of the services including through the Services being provided in an integrated way.
The ICB currently has arrangements in place with 507 providers.
The purpose of this PIN is to be transparent about the ICB's intentions to contract.
The proposed duration of contract is for 12 months with an option for an extension of a further 12 months.
Any capable provider may come forward by 10th April 2023 to engage with the ICB.
